Hello readers! My name is Ira Alexa (please call me Cham) and I am from the Philippines. I am a 14 year old "kid" with big dreams. I started reading when I was 8 years old. My first reads were Nancy Drew and A Series of Unfortunate Events. By the age of 11, I started reading YA, Fantasy, Romance and Dystopian novels. Until now, my love for books has not yet perished.
I am a mediocre pianist who loves to read poetry. I keep a lot of notebooks to help me keep track of time and also to write my feelings every now and then. I am in love with deep words because they sound very beautiful.
And I am still deciding whether my favorite food is pastries or pastas.
I started blogging when I was 11 years old. It was just some random tumblr blog and yeah, I became addicted and I stopped because it was kind of a distraction. But now, I'm trying to manage my time because that's what I'm supposed to do. I made a blog for these very reasons:
- to help myself remember some books that I've read by writing reviews
- to recommend books for avid readers like you
- to entertain myself and my readers
- to boost up my skills in writing; and
- to personally own something that I could be proud of during the future
So yeah, this is me. I'm really sorry if I'm a crappy blogger. I hope I'll excel in due time and make new friends!
